Yet, most individuals facing barriers to employment don't find this in every work environment. A monthly donation of just $20 is enough to support one individual's career coaching and training for 6 weeks.

Workforce development empowers workers to thrive in future careers. The goal of workforce development is to promote well-being for individuals, communities, and businesses.

A monthly donation invests in the future growth of individuals facing employment barriers. We provide trauma informed training and support to help participants advance their career trajectories.
